It’s a Toontastic Halloween at DDB

This year’s DDB Halloween once again displayed the great talent and creativity of our people who whipped up colorful, ingenuous décor, and costumes out of ordinary craft, as well as recycled and upcycled materials.

This has been DDB Group Philippines’ annual treat for children and kid relatives of DDB employees. But more than just yearly fun for the employees and their families, DDB Halloween has been a great way to liven up employee morale, teamwork, and collaboration, while showcasing the creative and leadership talents of the teams.

This yearly tradition was on full show yesterday, with DDB’s office hallways once more magically transformed into settings straight out of Cartoon world, this year’s Halloween theme. The fun started once the kids stepped out of the elevators into the colorfully decorated hallways, sporting their adorable make-up and costumes.

Their DDB Toontastic day started with a film showing, followed by games hosted by The Culture Hub team, and their favorite highlight of the party – the trick-and-treat tour of the office wherein they charmed their way into amassing bags of chocolates, candies and other goodies.

The Toontastic Halloween celebration wrapped up with the “Best in Costume” awards both for our employees and our young guests. The much coveted “Best Hallway Design” award was won by Team Adventure Cartoons, making DDB MNL and Optimax the back-to-back winners of the title.

Congratulations as well to all the other teams that came up with equally impressive hallway decorations: Science & Mystery by Ripple8 and Finance; Retro cartoons by DDB PHL and Touch XDA; and Puppets & Mascots by Tribal Worldwide Philippines and Agile Intelligence.
